Nate Brown

…is a classically trained opera singer, freelance singer, passionate worship leader, and dedicated teacher. 

Upon graduation from Biola University with a major in Music in Worship, Nate went on to sing professionally with Pacific Chorale where he has had the opportunity to appear as both a soloist and a regular staff chorus member. Some highlights have been the opportunity to sing under the direction of Carl St. Clair, John Alexander, and Rob Istad, and getting to perform at such venues as the Hollywood Bowl, Segerstrom Center of the Arts, and Carnegie Hall.

Nate also works as a worship leader at Redemption Hill Church in Whittier, CA. Getting to lead musical worship on a regular basis is one of Nate’s greatest joys and privileges. 

Nate enjoys teaching music to people of all ages who have the desire to learn and improve their craft. 

Alice Brown

…is a classically trained pianist, staff accompanist at Biola University, seasoned piano teacher, and church music director.

Alice’s musical journey began at the age of six in South Korea, where she won many national competitions as a young artist. She continued to rigorously apply herself to her music eduction until she was given a full scholarship to Cal. State Fullerton where she completed her B.M. and began her M.M in piano performance. Alice currently works as a staff accompanist at Biola University where she is frequently involved in collaborating with various ensembles and soloists.

Alice has a passion for teaching and hopes to inspire young musicians. She has an established piano studio and has more than fifteen years of teaching experience. Alice is an active member of Music Teachers Association of California (MTAC). 

Alice loves to play piano at church and praise God through her music. She has worked at several churches in the past, but currently serves as a pianist at Orangethorpe United Methodist Church in Fullerton.
